This is accomplished through a network of collaborating agencies and other health care providers.ĬHCL provides primary and preventive care while working closely with other agencies to find needed resources. CHCL provides comprehensive health care and social services to individuals who are homeless in Lubbock. The Community Health Center of Lubbock (CHCL) has been a Health Care for the Homeless grantee since 1994.
